PASADENA, Calif - The City of Pasadena invites landlords to a workshop designed to provide the tools and knowledge needed to stay informed, compliant, and confident in today’s rental market. The workshop will take place on Thursday, September 25, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Los Robles Building, 199 S. Los Robles Ave., first floor Conference Room. Attendees may join in person or virtually via Zoom, and are encouraged to reserve their spot by registering for the Pasadena Landlord Workshop.
Co-hosted by the Housing Department’s Rental Assistance Division, the Rent Stabilization Department, and the Housing Rights Center, this collaborative event will feature a wide range of topics. Partnering organizations will each cover key areas, while the Rent Stabilization Department will highlight the core provisions of Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance. This segment will cover requirements such as rent caps, tenant protections, relocation assistance, and updated regulations landlords must follow to remain compliant. Department staff will also address recent policy updates and be available to answer questions.
