PASADENA, Calif. –The Pasadena Police Department (PPD) will host Walk for Life on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 5 p.m., at the Rose Bowl Stadium, 1001 Rose Bowl Dr., in recognition of Suicide Prevention Month. Join us in showing support for those grieving a loss and those looking to raise awareness about suicide prevention. The event begins at 5 p.m. at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl Stadium, Lot H. The walk will begin promptly at 5:45 p.m.
This free event is a collaborative effort between the PPD’s H.O.P.E. (Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Evaluation) Team, the PPD Wellness Unit, and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Together, they aim to support individuals affected by suicide and those who stand beside them.
Walk for Life seeks to raise awareness and deliver a powerful message: suicide is preventable, and no one is alone. Now an annual tradition, the event has grown significantly and will feature:
